Daily Commitment
- Make your 24-hour plan each morning (5 minutes).
- Assess your plan each evening (5 minutes).
That’s just 10 minutes a day. Every woman in the group is doing this together, and studies show that you’re 65% more likely to succeed when you’re part of a supportive group.
I offer weekly accountability- This is beneficial for those who want it. Each week you will check in (Mondays)  private community app to share your Hunger/Satisfied stats and 24-hour plans. This accountability builds consistency and confidence, and you’ll love seeing your progress over time!
Weekly Support
- Group coaching calls for strategies, obstacles, and support (or listen to replays on the go).
The For Good Course
This is a self paced course for you when you join. Typically clients complete the course within the first month. The foundational lessons (3–4 hours total) will teach you how to:
- Master the two steps.
- End emotional eating.
- Build belief in yourself to keep weight off for good.a
GROUP CHALLENGES
Optional challenges are available to keep you engaged and motivated! These are designed to push you further, unlocking NEW beliefs about you, food, hunger, and creating the self image of you being a normal eater. These challenges typically occur every 3 months and are 2 weeks in duration but participation is optional
